    As a real estate brokerage manager my role is to help grow the business of all of our Sales Associates. Whether they are the most tech-savvy up-and-coming agents, long-time industry veterans or completely new to the real estate business, my goal is to provide each REALTOR with tools to develop a pathway to their own success.

    As a member of the Executive Committee for both the Cape Cod & Islands Association and Massachusetts Association of Realtors, I work with volunteer and staff leadership teams to help provide opportunities for the real estate industry to come together for government advocacy, professional development, and career development events. I currently serve on Professional Standards, Finance and Strategic Planning committees for Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS.

    In my spare time I can be found on the water running and officiating amateur and professional sailing competitions to the World Championship and Olympic qualifying levels.
